Welcome to my story
Meet Laurie
Just like you, I’m a mom navigating the beautiful chaos of family life. That’s exactly what inspires the heart behind my work. Since opening my business in 2011, I’ve been passionate about preserving your most meaningful moments. The curl of your newborn’s tiny toes, the glow and anticipation of motherhood, and the genuine, joy-filled laughter of your little ones.
My passion for photography only deepened when my husband, Jake, and I welcomed our little girls, Evelyn and Matilda. Becoming their mom has given me an even greater appreciation for how quickly childhood moves and how precious these fleeting seasons are.
I know firsthand how important it is to document the chapters you never want to forget. My goal is to create an experience that feels effortless, supportive, and truly enjoyable. From our very first email to your final gallery. Most of all, I want you to absolutely love your photographs.

Fun Facts about me
In 2022 we bought our forever home, a 90s fixer upper, in Bulverde, TX. We love it and it definitely keeps us busy along with our two little girls!

Before starting my photography business, I earned my degree in Criminal Justice in hopes of becoming a CIA agent. After a few internships I realized that path was NOT for me.

My nephews were the very first newborns I photographed. They lit my passion for photographing newborns and the sweetest milestones.

When I'm not photographing or editing, you'll find me sipping on margaritas with friends and enjoying my family, soaking in all those precious fleeting moments.

This year, our eldest officially started kindergarten! She’s part of a co-op program, and on the days she’s not in class, she’s home learning alongside me. I’ve truly loved stepping into this new rhythm with her, and I’m excited to proudly add “homeschool teacher” to my resume.
