I love in-home newborn and lifestyle sessions so much. There is just something special about being in your own home with your family that makes the portraits even more meaningful. While I am always one to immediately suggest doing an in-home session, many families are a little hesitant. They fear their home is perfect enough – that it doesn’t look a certain way or isn’t clean enough. This is a common misconception that couldn’t be further from the truth. During the session we used three spaces in their home: the playroom, her nursery, and the master bedroom. Each room added the perfect touch to the final gallery. It was simple, natural, and completely true to this season of their lives.
